Cash My Dirt, LLC buys land. This page explains what I collect on this site and what I do with it.
What you type into the form: where the land is, your phone number, and anything else you choose to tell me, such as your name, email, and details about the lot. The site also records standard visit details such as your browser type, your IP address, and which ad or link brought you here.
To look up your property, work out an offer, and contact you about buying it. I use visit details to see whether my advertising is working and to keep spam out.
I do not sell your information and I do not share your phone number with anyone for their marketing. It is stored with the service providers I use to run the business, such as my customer database and website host. If we agree on a sale, the title company handling the closing receives what it needs to close. Google receives advertising measurement data, such as the fact that a form was sent after an ad click.
By sending the form you agree that I can call or text you about your land at the number you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell me on the phone and I will stop.
The site uses a cookie to remember which ad brought you here, and Google's advertising tag to measure results.
